When we set up a cleaning agreement with a client, we operate on a 30 day cancellation period for 12 month contracts and 90 days for 36 month contracts.

We can provide emergency cleaning services with our clients. This is set up based on their individual needs.

As part of our quality management system and to comply with the ISO9001:2015 standard, we send out customer feedback forms twice a year to gauge an overall look at our cleaning services. If a client has any concerns regarding the cleaning service, we arrange an appointment with the client to address the matters and work with our clients and cleaners to quickly rectify any concerns.

All of our staff are trained to standards that meet the British Institute of Cleaning Science. As a company we are fully insured. Background checks are carried out to ensure that we are legally compliant.

We carry out ongoing training with our staff with the introduction of new products and equipment. We also carry out regular cleaning audits to ensure we are delivering the agreed service.

At RCS we are continuously looking at ways to introduce elements that’s more environmentally friendly and safer for our employees. One of our major changes we made was with the cleaning products. The Jangro ntrl range uses technology based on biology to deliver next level performance, improving our lives and the health of our planet.

We have also been working at introducing more paper products made from fully recycled fibrepack material. These products are accompanied by dispensers which are made from recycled plastics.

We’ve been looking at some of our equipment. We have begun to use vacuum cleaners that are made up from up to 75% recycled plastics. We also introduced new wet floor signs that are made from 100% recycled plastics.

We understand that every clients needs are different. This is why we’ll spend time with the client at the start of any cleaning contract to understand their needs in order for us to put together a unique service level agreement that is specific to their needs. Regular cleaning audits are carried out to ensure that these needs are met.
