Redfern Cleaning Services Ltd has achieved the ISO9001 in quality management and is a leader in Health & Safety which means we can work alongside any client to enhance their safety performance. With over 30 years cleaning Industry experience, Redfern Cleaning Services Ltd have undertaken cleaning contracts for a large range of clients which includes large blue chip companies. As a result, we are well versed in cleaning factories, production environments, government housing, industrial sites and domestic sites throughout Lincolnshire. All of our staff are fully trained to the highest standard and are provided with all the relevant uniform and PPE.

The start
December 2007

The journey began

Redfern Cleaning Services Ltd was founded. Vincent Redfern started the company after winning his first contract for industrial cleaning.

2012

The expansion began

Our commercial cleaning department grew and we began working with more local businesses.

May 2022

Reducing our carbon footprint

RCS introduce Jangro's NTRL range as our approved cleaning products. These products are 100% biodegradable, vegan friendly, comes in recycled packaging and made in the UK. More details can be found here https://www.jangro.net/ntrl/

July 2022

The next step

Over the moon to have been awarded our biggest contract with Associated British Ports (ABP). We had already been carrying out commercial cleaning for ABP in Grimsby and Immingham for several years. Hard work was put in and we were awarded the ABP contract for the Humber. This meant our expansion into Hull and Goole.

January 2024

ISO9001 certified

We obtained the ISO9001:2015 accreditation for the business in January 2024. The strengthened our commitment to providing a dedicated service to our clients through the use of an implemented quality management system.

Vincent Redfern - Redfern Cleaning

Vincent Redfern

Founder and Managing Director, Vince started the company from the ground up. His knowledge with all sectors of cleaning has brought the company forward in leaps and bounds since it began back at the end of 2007.

Joanne Redfern - Redfern Cleaning

Joanne Redfern

HR Manager and Financial Director, Jo has been with the company since 2009. Working at every level of the business, she has gained a strong knowledge and understanding of the companies priorities. In 2023, Jo completed her level 5 HR diploma which has been a great accolade for the business as well as Jo.

Andy Ambridge - Redfern Cleaning

Andy Ambridge

Operations Manager, Andy joined the business in 2022. Andy's specialist knowledge in business operations and management has helped navigate a key point for us as our team doubled it's employee number overnight. Andy has implemented various systems from staff attendance data, wages and payroll to enable a smoother operation as the company grows. Andy played a pivotal role in putting together and rolling out the ISO9001 quality management.

Kerry Reynolds - Redfern Cleaning

Our Commercial Cleaning Manager, Kerry has been a key figure within the business. The business would not be where it is today without the hard work carried out by Kerry. Kerry prides herself in delivering an exceptional service to our clients.

Pete Morley - Redfern Cleaning

Pete Morley

Our Health and Safety Manager, Pete has played a vital role within the business to ensure that our employees are safe and are fully compliant with clients site safety rules and our companies policies. Pete has successfully managed to streamline our RAMS system with the introduction of a new system making our Health and Safety documentation unique to our clients premises.

Adam Marsh - Redfern Cleaning

Adam Marsh

Our Industrial Cleaning Supervisor, Adam joined the company in 2024. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge from managing large teams across multiple locations.

Claire Seeley - Redfern Cleaning

Claire Seeley

Our Commercial Cleaning Supervisor, Claire is Kerry's right hand person. Complimenting Kerry with outstanding organisational skills, Claire overseas a lot of the running in Hull and Goole as well as organising stock replenishments at our 79 locations.

Laura Hoodless - Redfern Cleaning

Laura Hoodless

Our Health & Safety and Training Coordinator, Laura carries out ongoing training for staff as well as cleaning audits to ensure we are delivering on our clients expectations. Laura is a brilliant asset to our team having joined us after running a successful business. Her passion and skills for continuous improvement are shown in her work on a daily basis.

Andrea Hoodless - Redfern Cleaning

Andrea Hoodless

Our HR and Payroll Administrator, Andrea has been with the company for many years in different roles. Her skills and expertise make her very diverse within the management team. One of her main duties is ensuring that employees hours are correct along with holiday and sickness cover. Andrea brings with her a background in many administrative roles as well as supervising teams.
